By the size of your roof. Standard Care is $0.10 per square foot per year and Total Care is $0.14 per square foot per year, with no minimums. The monthly price is the annual price divided by 12. Your final price is confirmed after a free roof inspection.
No. You’ll see both plan prices right away. If you’d like to move forward, you schedule a free roof inspection, and we confirm your final price after we’ve been on the roof.
We use Google’s satellite and 3D roof data for your address to calculate the total roof area, and show you a satellite photo so you can confirm it’s the right building. If we can’t measure it automatically, or we picked the wrong building, you can enter an approximate size and we’ll confirm it at the inspection.
Standard Care covers two scheduled inspections a year, cleaning drains and debris, checking seams, flashing, and penetrations, and a photo report after every visit. Total Care adds an inspection after major storms, up to 4 labor hours of minor repairs a year, leak response within 48 hours, 10% off additional repairs, and an annual roof condition summary with replacement budget planning.
